Dried flowers bouquets are sent overnight via a courier service. Nationwide delivery is £6.50.

Deliveries take place weekdays from Wednesday to Friday. You will be able to select your preferred day of delivery at check out.

Please note, the cut off for next day delivery is 10am.

We hope that you will love your flowers but we understand from time to time you may need to contact us due to damages or potential issues. Please email info@designbynature.co

Due to the perishable nature of the fresh products, refunds are issued at Design by Nature’s discretion. 

Should any damages have occurred during transit we will ask that you contact us immediately and share photos of the flowers and damages to the delivery boxes. We will assess these images and reply to you as soon as we can.
